In which cases the Insurance does NOT cover damages
- When the driver is under the influence of alcohol.
- After an accident, the driver did not stop and failed to take the necessary actions, such as notifying our company, the Traffic Police (100), obtaining the names and addresses of those involved in the accident, and ensuring that the vehicle was not moved from the accident scene until the Traffic Police and an insurance company representative arrived.
- The vehicle was used for unlawful and illegal purposes, such as smuggling, theft, or unauthorized transportation of goods and merchandise.
- The vehicle was driven by someone whose name was not listed on the rental agreement.
- The vehicle was used for any type of races or competitions.
- The vehicle was driven on unauthorized roads, such as beaches, unsuitable roads, mountains, etc.
- The driver failed to comply with traffic regulations (K.O.K.), such as running red lights, ignoring STOP signs, exceeding speed limits, driving in the wrong direction, etc.
